Not sure why some are having issues. The new version with MEMU runs sweet for me no issues. If connection is lost it reconnects fine. I also only run CF overnight.

This happens once in while, and when it does, it starts a cycle that screws up the training, and screws up future deployments. I'm constantly having to check the bot and the game to make sure that the right amount of troops are being trained, and quite a few times while i was at my computer i have had to manually deploy troops.

Agreed, facing same issue.
Some troops are not deployed and cycle messes up.
