Looks like I have the same issue after today's update.
Some Issue Occurred: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''
CF keeps trying to reboot CoC, but gets same error.

coc id only once transferable from andoird to ios, or from ios to android, you all ready transfered once, it mean you used your one time transfer. its not possible any more to transfer again

If you already transfered then all you need is game central to login with that account to continue to play coc on that APPLE phone
