There is something not right with your system settings that making the bot not communicate properly with the emulator try disabling the antivirus's you have
you have windows 10 anyways that comes with a good antivirus better than the 2 or 3 you already have installed

Thanks guys really helped. I got the MEmu download to work and the bot works now
. Now I have to somehow link my accounts without google play updating
