Whenever i try to open the installer i get this message https://gyazo.com/ddd92a5ec3e77a2c58b7501dad9a23df I have tried using a different browser and disabling firewall/antivirus

Delete it try to download from different browser and save to different location

The codes are sent to your PayPal email I mean how did you get the code?
