thats all I get and I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled bluestacks directly from their website. Any ideas?

Try MEmu instead. Make sure to install and run both with admin privs.

I keep getting the "SOME ISSUE OCCURED" message, then after 20 of those it restarts MEmu. WTF? I paid money for this. It needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.

at least you paid money and get some issue occured. mine just expired and using the free version i get some issue occured, troops build half way and it go attack, cannot deploy on red line
