Hi my question is: is entering personal call or oyun.y few hours we should also make a range of new clashfarm hour ban for few hours we do not eat.

Got the same problem this morning (US Eastern Time). I usually activate my bot around 8pm till 7am. When I wokeup... my memu (COC) and CF is not responding well. Prior this.. my 1.8.14 version is working properly. Only this morning, same with Bluestacks.
