Could you tell us what's your email ?
Is your email activate ?
Is it a Gmail account ?
Did you copy/paste the right Key license ?

Hi Edwin,
Bluestacks 2 doesn't work in all computers, please use MEmu (recommended) or Bluestacks 1 instead.
"cannot find the army overview button" usually solved by removing the navigation bar from MEmu options.
