You cant, you need to uninstall MEmu if you want to use bluestacks, are you facing any problems with MEmu??

yes i do not have the opengl driver that it needs to run and it will not let me uninstall uggggg

Download and install this program http://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php, and after that right click on MEmu icon and click on powerful uninstall and then make sure you do deep clean.
and use this tool to uninstall bluestacks http://www.clashfarmer.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=392
