Its not about redownloading its about making sure you have the right versions and settings.
bluestacks 1 and 2 supported but they dont work on all machines and systems
add more screenshots and details of which versions and emulators are you trying to use
which windows version/bit and system specs so i can figure out whats the problem faster

Seems like bluestacks is stuck on your system. install anydesk so i can access your PC and fix the problem myself if you want. send me a way to contact you on PM
