Uninstall memu and download and install memu version 2.9.6
Other versions might have compatibility issues

same problem, the resolution of the desktop of my computer is 2560x1440, but the memu is at 1280x720, does it affect something?

I think the problem is in the memu, when I gave it to start bot, it automatically opens the memu but once opened it does not open the clash of clans.
I have tried to open the clash of clans manually and it does not start the bot either.

It might effect. Try resizing your monitor resolution to 1080. See if it works

Bro make sure the instance you made in Memu it's Android 4, not 5. Good luck
