Bot is linked to the tutorial account, not my iOS account.

I am using MEmu and Clash Farmer 1.8.15.  So, after I completed the tutorial I just linked my iOS account to MEmu.  However, every time I start the bot it does not list my resource count although it does show I have 1 trophy.  Obviously this is not the case, I am a town hall 10 in Gold III.  Is there anyway to link the bot to my main account?
