Bot getting stuck at different places in the routine

Memu 2.9.6, CF 1.8.20 pro, snow disabled

Haven't used the bot in months, downloaded new version today, can't seem to get the bot to actually attack.

The bot gets stuck at a few different points and I've been restarting the bot to see where it hangs up.

• sometimes stops at 'checking our status, please wait...' 
  
• after checking status it brings up the troop menu about three times then stops doing anything with the menu still up.
  
• stops at quick train menu
  
• if it actually goes to look for bases, it stops after the 6th base every time and doesn't attack (edit: 4th base this time)
  

What other configuration information should I provide?
