same problem here, I bought it around 7-8 hours ago, contacted support when I didn't get a key, and still nothing after contacting them, even after showing them my receipt and everything.

Hopefully developing the new features into the bot after the December release. However, it can take 24/48 hours. Be patient, it also happened to me and it came no problems.
