cant get bot to start?

I downloaded everything fine version 2.05 (compatability set to win 8) all I get is.
"The item 'ClashFarmer.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, si this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?"
