How do I use this time out thingy?

I ticked 08 hours and it says it will take a break from 08.00 - 08.59.

Are those in am/pm or in hours starting from the time I initiated the bot?

its am/pm. The bot stops for 1 hour during that time.

I do think that a feature needs to be implemented that during those time, the bot should close COC instead of letting it timeout.

Yes, I came here to say this. It would be more convenient if the bot would exit COC app instead of letting it timeout.
