can't install

i found this message during installation " Error opening file for writing C:program file\clashfarmer\API-MS-WIN-CORE-LocalRegistry-L1-1-0.dll
what can i do?

make sure to delete clashfarmer folder in program files and try to reinstall

Yes, tried but still same.
i had successfully installed n re-installed previously, just encounter this problem with recent installation
