Pushbullet active w/ 1.18.4 beta

Sorry for spamming another thread.  I'm not sure if anyone asked if pushbullet is active and working during the 1.18.4 beta testing?  I couldn't find any thread talking about this.  I followed the 1.18.3 video in setting it up.. but not getting any notification [l set up account via website,desktop, and on iphone .. all logged with same account info... copied access code on pushbullet at website into CF ]

pushbullet still not showing notification on my desktop nor devices even with the new updated rc5.  Anyone help?
