CF searches and wont attack

Im having issues where cf is not attacking... it just atks and doesn't deploy troops. please help
it does work sometimes.. but then goes back to nothing

Having same issue. Goes to search loop says not a dead base timer runs out on the base that isn't dead. Then times out due inactivity
