I am having the same issue.  I followed the instructions above, and followed link to re download memu; it downloads version memu 3.5.0.2, is that correct?  That is not what I see listed in your link or on the download hyperlink.  Thank you

Your comments above refer to uninstalling memu 2.9.6, and reinstalling it via the link you provide.  Followed that link, clicked download, and it downloads memu 3.5.0.2, is that correct?

Hmmm, well, I followed the link, it downloaded 3.5, and it is running better than ever.  I did try the link for older versions after reading your reply, but received an error message "this page isn't working".  Thanks for your help and have a great day!

Im glad you got it working, u need to click the link not copy it, if u want to copy u need to right click it and click copy link address or location depends on the browser you using. 3.5 works best for most PC's but some PC's have problems so its best to use 2.9.6

Mind Maze, I did click it. I went through it a few times, because I was sure that it wasn't the right one, but got frustrated and tried it in the end.
