chinese memu

I have memu installed and everything runs with the exception of one issue. Memu shows in Chinese or some language similar... even though it says English when you go to the settings... ive tried googling how to fix this and keep running into dead ends. I am not tech savy so please dumb it down for me and walk me though fixing the issue.
