Could there possibly be an option to have the bot participate in clan challenges? Example would be to only choose troop or destruction challenges etc etc.

That would be a tricky feature to implement. I will let the team know, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

You can easily select an objective manually and let bot do it for you, it's not really that tiring.
