Did you run BlueStacks 2 as Administrator ?
1) Run BlueStacks as Administrator (Right-Click on it)
2) SetUp BlueStack and Download CoC
3) Change your CoC language to English.
4) When CoC is opened, Run the CF Bot as Administrator.

I Suggest to user to Always open Bluestacks to CoC, before Run the Bot, to be sure not have any issue/Bug.
