Hey,
Please do the following,
1) Remove ClashFarmer from Program Files (x86), and reinstall it with "Run as administrator".
2) Uninstall Bluestacks from windows (add/remove programs).
3) Reboot the PC.
4) Install Bluestacks again from the LINK AT OUR WEBSITE, and configure COC.
5) Run the bot.

It's a know issues, our programmers are working on it. It will be fixed in the next release, soon.

How to fix it:
Try to simply removing the nav bar from options. It may fix it.

Never mind, I figured out how to close the nav bar and it started working as soon as I reset the program
