Hi Jupiterbe, i think you should not Tick Limit Targets by TH Level. Because sometimes, i also got TH10 deadbase.
FYI, I also using the same setting as yours except the Limit Targets and the Barracks. I am using Barcher only. For every 20 minutes (UNBOOSTED) i got 700k GOLD + ELI and 500 - 2000k DE.
