Encouraging Fair Play? CF is DETECTABLE

Did you use Xmod?
When you play COC, do you use Android or IOS?
Were you in a war recently that used lower bases to scout the higher bases?

I am asking these questions to try to eliminate other reasons.

In my mobile (android) use a small account (TH7) but I do not use bots or mods only participated in wars; This account is not blocked me.
