I'm still having the same issue and error log despite reinstalling several times. 
Could u kindly tell me how to solve it ? Many thanks

Uninstalled the old version on program file x86 and programData, then install the new Version (RC11) of our ClashFarmer team.
It may work fine after.

Also, the CF (RC11) is not compatible with x64 pc. It is Only compatible for x86 pc user.

Our ClashFarmer team will fix it as soon as possible.

Guys, all Clashfarmer versions and also 1.8.10 - RC11 are compatible with x64!
