UPDATE:   Alright. I installed Memu to see if it would be any different and now I can't even get past "starting bot."

Edit: The antivirus might be the problem, because I had a quite similar problem... The bot started and did everything he should except attacking. Normally, if you have game language not set on english (of course this is in your situation not the problem), he's not going to search for a target, however in my case the antivirus blocked some parts of the program and I had to set it to the antivirus whitelist, although the language was set to EN.

That looks like the current version of MEmu. Did you complete the following in the proper order?
1. Open Multi-Memu
2. Delete the current instance
3. Create a new 4.4 instance
4. rename that instance to "MEmu"

2 MUST BE DONE BEFORE 3, otherwise MEmu doesn't properly handle changing the name of the instance properly (it changes the instance's name but not the folder). So, I'd recommend to open multi-memu, delete your current instance (so you are left with no instances), and then create a new 4.4 instance. Set it up, load up CoC, then the bot.
