bot not working

hey guys not sure what's up but i've tried multiple time to install memu and the bot and removed them eith the tools provided in the forum post. After doing this process for the third time whenever i start the bot it tries to launch memu and fails. ive tried starting it while coc was running and without and i am now at a dead end any help would be appreciated :_ (p.s im typing in pitch black so sorry for any confusing text)

little updated i tried to install another version of memu this morning but still getting the same issue i've tried everything suggested on the forums and quite frankly i wish i tried the free version before i brought the paid version :L this is the message i keep getting:
Professional License: 30 days left Verifying Emulator and CoC... Launching MEmu, please wait... Some Issue Occurred: MEmu launch failed! tried to screenshot but it was playing up

Make sure you have MEmu version 2.9.6.1 sometimes download pages redirect users to the latest version
