Hello I would like to know how not to be banned and how the timeout settings work in "Other" I would like to know the best to put if this and well if can help me to do better thanks well

it is down to preference, however i use only the hours 3/7/11/15/19/23.

i have been botting years and not had an issue. this settings also works around having a $upercell login.
