Hi, I purchased clashfarmer professional to see how it works for a month. However when I try to start it with my base loaded on MEmu2, it says "Some issue occured:" and doesn't work. Can anyone help me out?

Please add screenshot of the emulator preferably full screenshot i cant make out whats going on from this one since it could be one of many reasons
