Not training troops

I recently came back to the not after a couple of months off. The bot will not train troops that are picked to be trained, currently slot 3. Is this due to the change adding 6 slots? It's been farming this morning with heroes only. If I manually train troops it will farm with them but then doesn't train any despite going through the motions on the screen. 

Any ideas?

Make sure you selected the correct Army slot on quick train and bot

I have troops in every training slot. Slot 1 works, slot 3, when selected, does not. I think the spacing might be off with the addition of 3 new slots.
