Trophies not always read correctly

When it's going to drop trophies/cups, it occasionally only reads the first digit of the 3 digit trophy number.  When it does this, it prematurely stops dropping cups....has anyone else experienced this?

Here it read it wrong again...this time it read it as 125 not 625....
